As far as service goes, it took over a half an hour before we were even asked for our order. Our server barely came to the table to see how we fared and our table was out of a condiment that was needed (syrup, regular flavor).
Been here a few times, food is usually decent. Service is ok too as I never had to wait too long for service. Unfortunately that's the limit of it. Otherwise it's really hit or miss on whether you get a good experience overall or not. My first visit was on point all around with great food. Every visit since has been less than stellar with sometimes dry old tasting food and rare coffee refills. Some nights it's just ok, but definitely not up to the level of service and food quality I had my first visit. Definitely "needs work" would be my review for management.
From someone in a wheelchair's point of view, as far as spacing of tables and seating goes, they are not accommodating. Walking space is barely wide enough to fit the width of a slim wheelchair (approximately 30"). We (3 adults & 1 child) were sat at a middle table where I had to be squeezed in to sit at the end of the table (the side which was facing the table next to us... the smaller side of a rectangular table).
Always satisfied at iHop! They have great deals when you sign up for their emails. There's always new, intriguing, yummy specials. It can get a little slow sometimes, but I haven't had to wait long for a table yet!
The only reason I'm not giving this a 1 star is because our server was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful during our whole visit. The staff here, in fact, are all great however, I feel they are not given the tools to create a great experience. The food quality is poor at best, always way over cooked, pancakes require a steak knife to cut, and everything has a stale and dry taste to it, which I believe is due to poor management and support. Bathrooms are never clean, but I will say, the rest of the establishment always appears to be well cared for. This is a case of management needing to step up their game and take responsibility. We will not be returning.
The least I can say is that the food was good. My grandson, who is a picky eater, even ate more than half of what he was served.
We've been here a handful of times, and the food was always good and the staff friendly. It's not great dining, but it's decent food. Once we had a waitress that didn't understand how to refill drinks and check on her tables, but other than that, it's our go-to spot for weekend and late night dining.
