4 meals served one was medium well for 6 oz sirloin. Steak was black on one side and dried out on the other. The black side was served down on the plate. The server immediately took steak back to get another left potato and vegetable. When he brought out the new steak he also had new potato and vegetable. Although the server handled the situation very well, that steak should never have been served. Everyone else's meal was fine. This happened 12/24 At approximately 7pm.

I went here for dinner while out of town on a business trip. The atmosphere is very nice, the service was excellent and the food was very good.
What can be said, this place is wonderful. A little of something for everyone here including bar if you wish. Very reasonable pricing! 2 people can eat and have leftovers for $30.
I am a frequent flyer at cheddars,york,pa. Food is good and service good,but,, I do not like eating in the same dining room with service animals. We were seated across from an individual and his family that had a dog under the table that watch us every move and continued to come out into the isle. I don't believe he was a true service dog,the individuals had no control,and the dog smell was bad. Ruined my dining experience.....

Went here for the 1st time two weeks ago, was afraid I was going to have to wait but was seated quickly. Was a little worried, as the outside is a bit weathered, but interior was very nice and cozy. Waitstaff was very friendly, appetizer was out promptly and great. Food was fantastic, and going back on the 23rd to take someone for their birthday dinner. The most amazing part was, I was asked if i had ever been before, I said I had not. The manager came over and spoke with me about my experience, I was blown away. You don't get that type of service anymore.
