They renovated the inside. I like it, looks better. Even though it still gets crazy packed most days with the new layout it doesn't feel as cramped. If they could figure out how to make the ticket turn in process quicker that would be the only important thing I would suggest. Otherwise even their pizza is noticeably better than years past. The salad bar could use some more depth but I understand why it's limited to what it is.
They recently took out the playpen area out of ths Chuck E Cheese. While there is arguably less for small children to do, there are more games to choose from, and the place as a whole is MUCH cleaner. Our 5 year old had a blast... Pizza took ~25 mins and was quite good, highly recommend checking this place out with their new changes.
Family fun can be found at Chuck E Cheese's!! Lots of games and rides and fun for kids of all ages, and their adults too! And the food is pretty tasty too!
Several games were out of tickets. After telling two workers, the issue still was not resolved. They clearly did not care about their jobs or customer satisfaction. The Chuck E. Cheese character was out and had zero personality - this is an establishment for children so at least be happy and entertaining for the kids. Chuck E. Cheese is the whole reason we came here because my son saw the commercial and what a disappointment. Last, we spent $67 and 2.5 hours of our time on food we didn't even eat(due to the bugs) and games we didn't get tickets for. We will never be back! Now I'm going home to cook dinner for my family.
Fun fun fun. They upgraded and did away with tokens which I appreciate now there is a card that you can refill each time you go and there are a few new games which is nice.
Worst experience ever! If you zoom in on the pics you'll see gnats on the table and salad. There's 3 on the cucumbers, one by the cup, 2 on the edge of the table, and others around. We even changed tables but that didn't help, they were every where. Not just 1 or 2 but dozens. We couldn't take a bite without them landing on the food and getting stuck in the salad dressing.
