We will not be returning to this hospital.

If you want to feel like cattle, give birth at this hospital. They have no regard for your dignity, or birthing experience. If I would have known how horrible my experience was going to be, I would have given birth at home. Nurses have no compassion, or bedside manner. You are just a number, and they might as well tag your ear when you deliver.

I am disabled and on dialysis. During the day the nurses let me do whatever I wanted to do in the room, God forbid if I days off in the room at night time. It is horrible the way they treat the disabled

This rating should actually be a negative star!! My husband and mother in law are currently in the ER waiting since 11:30am and it's now 3:30pm. She has an infected toe on the same foot that 2 other toes were removed from already due to Osteomyelitis. This infection sets in within a matter of hours for her due to severe diabetes. Every time she comes home from this hospital her sugar levels are so far out of wack it takes weeks to get her back on track. Worst place ever!

My Mother was taken here even by ambulance because St. Joseph’s and GBMC in Towson, MD were very busy. It was like a female version of the Three Stooges. They have a policy of only TWO people with the patient. My sister was in with our Mother and my Daughter. My Sister has some pretty intense panic attacks and they wouldn’t let me back to be with my Mother and my Sister. No, I am not going to let my child sit in the lobby of the emergency room unattended. Three different times a different nurse would walk in thinking it was another patient. My Mom was there because of multiple injuries from a fall. One nurse walked in and said “You have the flu” ??? Another nurse said something about glucose levels...again wrong room. The Dr. confirmed that she did have a broken bone and may need to be admitted and have surgery. Uh, no thank you not in this hospital!

My mother was admitted and had 2 surgical procedures. ED physician (Schierk) and nurses were very professional and did a fantastic job. The facility was on surge capacity but you could not tell by the care my mom received. Thank you. 6 main nurses and nurses aides did a fantastic job, very compassionate. The staff cared for our family as well as my mother. They kept us informed and provided superb care. The staff worked as a team as did the nurse manager. He sets a great example and his staff follows his lead. If you need a model this group might just fit the need. Again thank you from our entire family.
