Minnie was amazing to help in our search for work boots. She held a pair for me this afternoon... And even took a picture and called me before I came to pick them up! I highly recommend Shoe Encore!
My boyfriend and I were just trying on shoes in the clearance room a whole hour before closing when the store manager came back and tried to get us to leave by asking us which shoes she can put back and was accusing us of even stealing shoes asking us where the missing ones were and kicking our boxes around we were trying on, we complained to the cashiers about how rude she was asking if there's a survey we can fill out and they started fighting with us telling us she is not a rude person and that we cannot fill out a survey, the whole store is run by rude people and I do not recommend it whatsoever. If you do not have people skills, do not work in customer service!!! I'm not even sure how the manager is a manager with how horrible her attitude is.
