I usually like this store very much. However I had recently purschased a pair of shoes,and the customer service was really bad. The person that helped me , had given me attitude towards the end , and called me a bad name as he told the cashier to ring me up. I wish I had gone to another shoe store instead of this one....
I believe the other review about bad cust serv at this location. I just called them to ask if they had a shoe in stock and the guy mumbled "i dont think so" and hung up. What?? Wont be shopping there.
