A great company and an office full of the most helpful agents and staff anywhere!
They knew we needed a wire transfer of our settlement funds into our bank in Florida and still insisted we accept a bank draft telling us we would have no problem with accessing the money's imediately. WRONG! Banks insisted on holding their check for 3 to 5 business days before clearing funds causing us a delay on our settlement in Florida. BAD BUSINESS. Would not recommend this settlement company to anyone.
We closed on our house at this office. The office was nice and the staff was friendly. I would have given it 5 stars but was a little turned off by the cob webs that were in the can lights in the conference room.
