First time staying at this hotel and not disappointed. The hotel is very well kept, the rooms and lobby clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The location of this hotel is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again.
All in all, many husband and i were very pleased with our stay. We truly enjoyed the breakfast, with the exception of the western omelette i guess you would call it. Everything else was awesome. The room was very clean, no bugs seen at all and the water pressure in shower was very nice. We truly enjoyed eating next for at the quaker steak and lube which you get a discount when staying at the motel. We will stay again next time in town.
Pleasant stay. Staff was very nice. Room was clean. Excellent value. Breakfast eggs and sausage were not very good but plenty of other choices. Castrol steak and lube restaurant next door was very good. Overall a great stay.
Very nice and big rooms. Rooms are up-to-date beds are comfortable. Front staff is very friendly ,helpful, and nice. They do have a continental breakfast not much different from other places. Only compliant would be the carpet in the rooms make sure to wear sandles or shoes don't go bare foot or with white socks as your feet will turn black. It's near the mall and shopping as well as has plenty of restaurants in the area.
We had a bad experience with the four points Sheraton and I’ve always had great experiences with best western so we thought we’d give it a try, even though the exterior of he building is not so nice. We were greeted with amazing cs and taken better care of than we have been in a long time. The rooms are spacious, light when they need to be and dark when they need to be. Good vibe here. We will be back. Best hotel I’ve stayed at innyork yet!
