Ran by a bunch of idiots. My support payments are $408.93 per month, biweekly they collect $189.22, most months I have 2 paychecks that total $378.44 for the month, so looks like a shortage $30.49. however some months have 3 paychecks total at $567.66. now stick with me, $408.93 is the order for the month, there are 52 weeks in the year, I get payed biweekly, so that's 26 paychecks. $408.93 X 12 = $4907.16 then divided by 26 (number of paychecks) = 188.74, make since that I'm making my support payment spread out throughout the year correctly. However they see it as I'm only paying $378.44 a month, which while true based off math, they decide to throw arrears in on what the call yoyoing, which is not true you freaking idiots! For the first time in 16 years they are attaching arrears when they shouldn't be, and never have. Assholes!

Doesn't matter if you are trying to do the right thing or not. These lazy ignorant government "workers" will treat you like scum. They transfer you to dead numbers. They hang up on you. They ignore your question.

Unethical. A petition for spousal support was submitted against me, as I had grounds to contest this action I voiced my objection. The intake person told me I could appeal within ten days. Claiming that the printer was malfunctioning, she had me initial some boxes that I thought was just to confirm my presence and my objection to this action. Had I seen the order which clearly states the amount being "redistributed", I would not have signed it, cause it implies consent. Unbeknown to me those boxes I initialed served the same purpose and my wages have been reduced, to where I will lose my home. This sleight of hand (or printer) denied me my right of due process and of course my appeal hearing was found without merit. (Were they going to find in my favor and pay me back?) Consequently my right to a fair and impartial proceeding were also denied.

Whoever answers the phone is rude and shouldn't have her job! Can't even finish a sentence without being transferred! This happened twice! Back to back. Get it together people! I wouldnt have to call if y'all did your job right

I'd like to leave no stars... even the simplest of phone calls are treated like a joke. The people act like their jobs are the worst and pretty much take it out on you just for calling in. You get no where over the phone and end up being almost forced to take action by physically going into the office itself. I just called today to check the status of some paperwork I sent a week ago. I was told it wasn't recieved and it could take more than a week.. I said okay and was about to ask another question when I was rudely hung up on. Somebody needs to have a serious talk with these people about being a bit more friendly and mindful of how they treat others.
