Do yourself a favor, go out to the actual insurance company agencies and shop around yourself.
Overall Rude people and no Desire to help the customer when there was a problem, there are other agencys right down the street. Skip this one!!!!
Let’s see, what makes Basile Insurance the place that fits me best. Could it be that they were able to save me 400 dollars a year on my home owner’s insurance? Maybe instead it is Kari’s exemplary customer service skills and her helping me out in a pinch after hours. Or perhaps how they don’t hound me with junk mail and sales pitches to add this or that insurance. Then there is the great knowledge shared between the office staff that doesn’t permit any question to go unanswered. Ultimately, it is a combination of the aforementioned things that make Basile my go-to for anything that I need financially guaranteed.
I was paying $1400 every six months for auto insurance. Every six months when it came to renewing our policy I asked them to find me cheaper and was always told this is the cheapest I can get. So I went out myself to the actual insurance agencies to get quotes. Every company I went to quoted me much cheaper, and the cheapest one I went with, I pay less in 12 months ($1150) then I was paying in 6 months for the same exact policy. If I would have done this sooner, who knows how much money I could have saved.
