Will never use again. Was just notified of my policy being canceled without be sent a letter or phone call to renew. Then was told it was my fault because I hadn't responded electronically which I never signed up for. You lost a paying customer and I hope I convince my friends and family to leave with me. Poor client connection and poor business man. Wish I could give 0 rating.

Was a customer here for over ten years. My rate was $60 more a month than a few other companies I checked so I decided to switch. When I went to cancel the day before my policy expired, the manager assured me that the poicy was cancelled and that I no longer have Allstate insurance...fast forward two months and I get a $260 bill for my service...that was cancelled. When I called in to get this resolved I was treated rudly by the associate who defended the manager saying that 'I know her very well and she never makes mistakes like this you must be mistaken'. They took some of the balance but not all, and took me to collections over a mistake they made and refused to make right.
Been insured with Greg for over 20 years, both homeowner's and car insurance, appreciate having a local agency to call for assistance, everyone very helpful and knowledgeable, more than once they have bent over backwards to help with policy changes and claims.
This office withdrew money from my dead mothers account last June and refused to give it back. His office confirmed they received the death certificate and I still have the voice mail message. She had a basic auto policy that was about $64.00 a month so there was no life insurance or anything. He demanded to see the will claiming its the state law, so i asked other Ins. agencies and they were shocked and asked why he would need a will. He refused to return the money, he refused to cancel her policy and then he turned my dead mother into a debt collection agency who I never heard from again after I sent them the same death certificate I sent him. He cancelled my dead mothers auto insurance policy for non payment but wouldn't cancel it after he got her death certificate. To this day the money was never returned.
