My fiance has an account with them and I had made a payment from from time to time with my bank card. And they just took double payment straight from my account without me authorizing it this weekend! First thing after the weekend I will be calling my bank and filing a fraud unauthorized charge from my bank account. Just because my fiance didn't get to make his weekly payment on Saturday they had my card on file from making a payment before so they charged my bank. I'm done dealing with them!
I been dealing with buddys for over 4 years I never had an problems with them they are always respectful I can't ask for any better place then buddy's I dealt with other furniture stores and the just ripped me off of money buddys always been there for me and my husband and we referred other people there and they love it to so thanks again Jack and the crew keep up the good work
Bill is a complete jerk he came to my house today to pick up furniture which is fine we got brand new furniture from Ashely home furnishing but Bill was very disrespectful acting like he didnt care he just cost that store over $1500 and he was putting me and my fiancee down we were waiting on our refund to come in and we were going to pay the furniture off and possibly buying more furniture we had just paid off our truck and had money left over to pay off the couch and loveseat we had gotten from buddys the only polite person in that store is Betsy. Bill didnt want to take a payment we had in our hands the other day of 100 dollars which is what we were behind on . than he started talking down on my foance like " you cant even afprd this so how you going to affotd ashley" okay first off i also got a big settlement check on top of my fiancee's tax refund check so yeah i can defiantly afford brand new furniture buy it out right not finance plus pay off my truck and other bills and not have to worry about bills for a long time.. My advice is stay away from this store at all cost
