I️ really enjoy the place. Been there a few times over the years and have spent a few thousand on tv’s and some video games. So your own research, spend some time, and ask questions about big products before a major purchase and you can’t go wrong.
Major issues with things being in stock. Employee will promise the will be, but in the end a lot of driving around for nothing. Stores wonder why we prefer online purchasing now? Seriously the last 4 experiences here have had the same results. Wish i had another local option.
We greeted the front desk person at the door and got no greeting back. I walked in and out on 3 different occasions with on that same hour and still no greeting.
I love this Best Buy. The service is always great. If you need a cell phone, see Brock. Customer service is amazing. Geek Squad is very knowledgable. So much better than online shopping, which is my usual way to shop if I can't get it there.

On the flip side the associate helping us was well informed and polite. Sometimes I will go in this Best Buy and I usually have to hunt someone down.
Store seemed well stocked, many hungry salespeople waiting to help those spending more money than us. We were quickly directed to the most affordable TV'S and found what we wanted. We escaped with a new flat screen for 80 bucks. Good deal if it lasts a few years.
