Clean and well organized, for me always worth a drop in visit to see what I can find.
Such a rude staff- from the girls working up front at the register to the girl working at the dressing room. The girl at the dressing room had such an attitude and hated her job- proceeded to tell me before I even tried anything on that I needed to hang everything back up. First of all I always do hang my stuff up bc I have worked retail before however it's her job - not mine- then going up to the register where there are 4 girls working with only one on the register chomping on her gum. Finally another girl waved me over to ring me up - didn't say hello just started throwing my clothes into a ball in my bag.. didn't even fold them. I am usually a fan of Ross and have shopped at this store before- never have I ever encountered such an awful staff like I did tonight. I will go to the store across town from now on if i need something . Crap experience.
