Terrible experience, representative didn't know what they were talking about. The store did not have the car I reserved and moved me down two car sizes and then my price ended up being much more expensive. You would think I would be discounted significantly to have to drive a significantly smaller car due to their error. The price apparently is the computer's fault and apparently can't be fixed until I drop the car off. Extremely disappointing service.

TERRIBLE, I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for a passenger van. I was going to take a bunch of kids out for my son's birthday. My reservation was for Sunday morning at 0900. I got there at 0900 and the place was closed. There was no passenger van in the parking lot. It appeared that someone had been washing cars behind the building. We called, knocked on the doors ect..and no one would answer. I think that they were hiding because they did not have my van. I called the 800 number and they said that it should be open and that they had no way of getting me a van. They must have known on Saturday that they would not have the van. They could have called me so I could make other arragngements. Instead I wasted an hour there and had to scramble to get everyone to the party. There was no apology or anything. Don't use them!! They are unreliable.
They charged me double then what was quoted. When I called to speak to them Cass did not fix the issue nor did she explain why all these charges came about. Instead she lied about the quote she did give as well as hanging up on me when I requested to speak to her manager. I will never ever go here again! I have never been charged $460 for a Saturday to Saturday rental! I now have to dispute it with the credit card they had on file! I have worked in the customer service industry for as long as I remember and there was a complete lack at this location. Also a lack of knowledge on how to rent, charge, or speak to clients.
