An individual taxpayer cannot access this office unless you call and TRY to make an appointment. Accessing the website to answer a taxpayer question other than "can I pay my tax bill in pennies?" is fruitless. Guess I will just have to take an unauthorized day off of work to spend time @ the York office. (Pssst, do you think if I called "the Donald" I could get a response?)
