Prices and selection are decent but honestly I get sick of seeing dead or mistreated bearded dragons in the tank every time I come in. I have 4 of these creatures at home and all of them are rescues from this store! If you're going to sell something, please teach your staff how to handle it first, especially with living creatures!! I, personally, would not recommend this store for any of your pet needs.

This is my dog's favorite place to shop! All I have to say is "wanna go to petsmart?" And he heads to the car.
Otherwise nice store. It's always clean and employees are available.
I do wish they had washable fabric pee pads though. I never see them there. :/
Prices are a bit high, but the selection is one of the best in York. Employees have always been friendly and helpful.
I like the store and the products. I just find that the employees are given the wrong information and are either recommending products based on price or "popularity" vs the actual best interest of the pet. Simply because they don't know the best interest of the pet.
