Had them out to install a dryer vent for my new drying machine. Said it would take 4 hours but it only took him 30 minutes. He still charged for the full 4 hours. Later, I found out that he left a bunch of the trash paper from the tape he used inside the wall. I had to go in and remove it. His name was Nick.
They are efficient, always within the time for appointment, knowledgeable caring people.
Your serviceman --Mike ,did a terrific job correcting the location of a newly installed humidly control meter on the furnace and also explaining how the new thermostat functioned. Great serviceman.
