Small (as the name indicated) but very nice. Only about 25 seats so if it is a popular film you should get tickets in advance. A nice collection of local art.

A nice little theatre that shows independent films. There's a lot of displays in the front of the building and the theater in the back. My only complaint is that they're aren't any parking garages nearby and parallel parking is pretty much the only option.
