You have to wait to long even when there are many empty seats available. Food is not cooked consistently. Sometimes rare -sometimes almost burnt and dried out

We went here for my dad's birthday. Our service was awesome. The waitress was very kind and attentive and fast. The food was delicious. Smokey Bones also has their own beer called Bones Brew which is delicious. Overall, awesome place.
Service and food was great, only thing is that 2 items that i specifically wanted were "out for the evening" brisket being one of them... just sad it's only available after 4pm and was sold out by 7pm. Oh well maybe next time but the pulled pork and ribs were great!
