I’ve ordered from CC many times, but I had another great experience and felt compelled to share. My delivery today was brought by a driver who was kind and quick to arrive, and so sweet and grateful for the tip I gave her (even after being the quickest driver I’ve had) that she more than deserved.

I am kicking myself for not asking her name, but she certainly deserves the praise. I’ve never had a bad experience with this place in general, their staff is always friendly, quick, and delivers your food hot and fresh.

This service has gone downhill. Some of the employees ARE ABSOLUTELY RUDE, as indicated by other posters. There was a glitch two days ago in their system, and they claimed to not have received my order when I inquired 2 hours later. So I put in an order elsewhere but it wouldn't go through because CC took my money out of my account (although they ALLEGEDLY didn't receive my order). Then an hour later I get another email stating that I did order from them (duh) and would I still like it? (It's now more than 3 hours and my family is starving). I said yes because I thought for sure they would give a discount after all the issues that were not on our end. I asked for a discount considering I had tried to order elsewhere but was prevented because of insufficient funds due to CC!!!!! Ten minutes later I received an email saying my order had been canceled. Just awful communication (I have a PhD in communication). Never again!!!!!
usually the food is great! But tonight it wasnt. Its not really there fault they dont cook it but our chicken was all fat. :(
