Maybe not as much stuff as the east York Lowe's but still in a convenient location. Also, Ordered a large appliance w/ delivery and was impressed (w/ the cost and delivery.)
Really friendly staff. Blows me away how without any hesitation they will spend 10 minutes helping me narrow down which $0.10 screw I need, with a smile the whole time. I'd love another register on the contractor side but that's the one almost negative thing I'd say about this Lowe's in particular, otherwise darn near perfect.
My favorite supply store. I do handyman work and make daily trips to get my supplies for the day. Very helpful staff not like some other competitors. Although the other one was better my last two trips.
Absolutely terrible costumer service. Bought a washer dryer and they took forever to ring us out while being rude the whole time. The main person we dealt with was notoriously frustrated at the situation (older coworker messed up when ringing us out) and kept being rude AT US. I was honeslty more annoyed at the younger person with the terrible attitude than the older nicer lady who messed up in the first place.
The gentleman and the lumber department when above and beyond to cut some boards tonight 12/15. Sure they normally use the saw no big deal. These were to big to be cut with it so he used a handsaw. No so easy when you have to cut a 4x6 5 times. Thanks to him I'll always remember the great service I received when choosing HD or Lowes. Management should give him a pat on the back.
