Arrived 15 minutes for a bang trim for a kid on a Sunday afternoon. One stylist left, another said she was already off the clock. I think I'll find a more customer-focused salon.

Katie is a great stylist. I'm from Baltimore, MD and when I moved here over a month ago I was worried that I wouldn't find a stylist in Dover that knew about African American natural hair. I am so so glad I found Katie, I will definitely be a client of hers. I happen to work at Walmart where SmartStyle is located.
Love it. Will come back. Great customer service. Friendly, up front about what is and isn't good for ur hair. Lots of great advice. And love how she fixed my hair.
