Lots of treadmills, the bench press area is a little packed. I would suspect that during peak times it would be difficult to get in what you need to.
Nice gym small not diverse enough...lumpy parking lot...cant wait for new golds to open in galleria mall...step your game up pauline drive location...the struggles real.
Compel trainers are well versed in the gym equipment and training methods. The sessions are always challenging and varied so that I feel like I'm accomplishing something when I am engaged. I would recommend Compel training at GoldsGym to anyone who wants to get ahead in their physical fitness program.
