Favorite Dr not fair that they don’t take my insurance anymore
The staff and Dr.s are very knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere is that of a small doctors office.
I had to schedule an appointment with a new doctor since I just moved to York. I randomly went down the list and just picked the first one that sounded good and boy did I get lucky! The positive experience started from the get go. I called in and they had appointments available for that week which was awesome. The on duty front desk scheduler was patient the whole time we went through dates before I decided on one. When I actually went in the front desk workers were amazing and way nicer than I have experienced in a while. They got to me right away and did not look like they hated to be there. The lobby is pretty nice at least for adults, it is a pretty open plan and looks like it has a play area for kids.
Only negative I would say would be getting to the actual office it is a little confusing and the road is a kinda little side road and easy to miss. It is also full of potholes but the parking lot is a nice size. Overall great place minus actually accessing the parking.
On the way out again the front desk workers were super nice and I am bringing my wife to this doctor's office.
The doctor's offices were a little old school I am used to seeing computers in the rooms but no big deal they are nice enough. The doctor carries around a little netbook when he comes in. I met with Dr. Conrad who was super nice and friendly. He listened to all my concerns and suggested what he thought was best. He was even nice enough to find out the nearest lab center from my house.
