Terrible customer service, no merchandise. If any manager cares to contact me I have specific details.
It looks like a ghost town in this store. It is pointless to shop here, they have almost nothing in-stock, and their overall product offering has been slashed. There was a time when Sears was a decent store to shop at. Now it's dead. I saw about 5 sad looking employees the entire time I was there. Cut your losses and close. Your time is done
I am so disappointed. I was told my gas stove would be delivered within 2 days if I bought one that was $150 more than the one I originally wanted . When the delivery department called me they told me i had to wait 6 days for delivery. I told the sales man before i bought it i needed it in 2 days because I had an inspection coming up for my house.
It was calm relaxing visit. Helpful associates. I found items I was interested in.
The only Sears store in the area that has craftsman work pants on the shelf.
