Worst place in york to get your car wash owner is very very cocky very arrogant anybody I know I always say don't go there you're better off washing your car at home in a bucket
Worst carwash ever no trash cans! Vacuum runs for less then 2 minutes doesn't beep and shuts off didn't get my car vacuumed completely before I decided to go elsewhere. Save your money this place is a rip off!
Credit card reader only works when it wants to. Directions say to swipe card, then press the yellow button to increase the amount of money/time. The more money you put down initially, the more "bonus" time you get. It's confusing because the yellow button says continue. But the worst part is the yellow button doesn't actually do anything 90% of the time, so you're stuck with the minimum amount you can do. No bonus time for you. So bring cash instead. Actually bring quarters so you can skip the coin machine. Bring towels because the $1 towels they sell aren't great and will probably cost you more than $1 after it eats your first quarter. Sometimes I've gone and there was no soap for the soap brush, very irritating. When everything works then it's okay but more than likely something will not be functioning correctly.
Rude customer service. After using the self-serve car wash with the wax feature my my car was covered with a spray of sticky substance that attracted to her rather than repaired it. I went back to tell them about it and they insisted it was tree sap. It is October the trees are not dropping sap. And no other cars near mine had this problem. They insisted it couldn't be them when it most certainly was. They could've easily run my car through the automatic carwash and kept me as a customer instead of rudely pushing me away
Is expensive and does a bad job on your vehicle. Man that works there is rude to the customers. Save your money on this place
