Person who checked me in acted as if she was annoyed and couldn't have been less helpful. She was interrupted by a fellow employee and I had to wait. I had to give all the information that I had given on the website. When I asked why, I was told she can't see anything on the site and said I should always call instead. The time I scheduled on line was changed to a later time less convenient for me. Not happy with Pep Boys this time. Earlier visits have been much better.
I have take vehicles to them for years always get a fair deal. Recently had to use their towing service, I was very pleased with it and think its a nice safty net for added security while traveling.
This dump doesn't mind taking your money after pulling the wrong parts and not accepting a return. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to literally anywhere else. Manny Moe and Jack can suck a D.
