I have a 2008 Impala and the service department does a wonderful job on my vehicle. I actually bring it to them for everything even air for the tires. They seem to try to satisfy the customer at all times. Never had a bad experience yet. It does seem expensive at times and the car business is a little non trusting, but with that being said they make you a believer that they care when you there so they are alright with me. I recommend them over other dealerships.
I went to Apple Chevrolet after many frustrated searches for the perfect car for me, Chris Wenzler, the sales person who took my call at Apple Chevrolet is one of the best sales person I have ever dealt to, he didn't only show me the car I was looking for, he was very helpful with the whole process, made sure the purchase went smoothly and fast (I don't like wasting 5 hours to purchase a car and he made sure it didn't happen to me again).
If you are looking to purchase a new or used car I recommend Apple Chevrolet and I recommend you try to get Chris to be your sales person, it's worth having the best on your side when you are unsure about the purchase. Even after he was done I was treated very well by the whole staff and the service crew as well, amazing experience and I hope all my next car purchases to be with them and Chris, if possible. :)

Fantastic place, very friendly employees willing to help you at all times and are very quick to greet you when you arrive. They were vigilant with getting my trade taken care of and getting me into my new car. I was even kept within my budget without any type of hassle. I would recommend anyone searching for a vehicle to go here and take a look. The sales associate that helped me was very courteous and generous regularly checking in with me and asking if I needed a drink and made me feel like I was calling the shots instead of pushing vehicles on me. Once again I'm very grateful for the experience and I could not be happier with the car and overall service I received!
